Working on controlled power πŸ’ͺ🏽
i started off my back day with heavy bent row. 6 working sets with 3 sets of about 4-6 focusing on power. πŸ”†this is my favorite grip for cable pull downs. πŸ”†
this gives you that thick look everyone wants in there back. i personally feel it more in my upper back and secondary in the middle. give it a shot ‼️
