Working on controlled power 💪🏽
i started off my back day with heavy bent row. 6 working sets with 3 sets of about 4-6 focusing on power. 🔆this is my favorite grip for cable pull downs. 🔆
this gives you that thick look everyone wants in there back. i personally feel it more in my upper back and secondary in the middle. give it a shot ‼️
