Something different ‼️. switching up your lifts will give you a. different kind of burn. there’s only so much you can do for biceps but altering your grip and having controlled reps will get you that pump you’re looking for 🔥 i’ve been seeing this lift get a lot of attention lately and wanted to give it a shot. you definitely feel it in your outer bicep but still get a good burn in the inner area. give this a shot next arm day for a good working set and send to a gym buddy three plates coming up next 👀‼️
