think about pushing the weights up from the side of the body instead of lifting them, this will engage the deltoids much earlier in the moment.
⬇️
as you push the weights up, think about finishing with the pinkie side of db higher than the index finger. imagine trying to pour a jug of beer at the top of the rep.
