Workin workin workin for them horseshoes 🐎 👟 ‼️reppin the full stack for 2 sets of 12
triceps are about 75% if your arm size yet a lot of people do the bare minimum to gain size .
when i was younger tris were my weak point now i m****r them to get the results i want .
i usually do about 4 different grips about 3-4 sets of 15-20 to get the high volume i need to up my chest power and build endurance . i start off with over head tris and make sure i get controlled reps on .
