No excuses ❗️‼️ don’t use your injury as a crutch for excuses
massive different of being injured and hurt . some of us aren’t built the same and can’t handle a little pain . excuses come up and that’s not acceptable on my block 🙅🏽‍♂️
still training chest and still attacking shoulders , staying in my comfort zone but still putting up big weight and intense training
i’ve been struggling with a wrist strain with slight forearm tendinitis on my right arm . also my left front delt has been extremely sensitive .
my upper body stretching could have been a little better . when training heavy it’s a necessity to rehab yourself correctly .
was hitting 385 flat bench and on my last rep i strained and my form went to s**t and cussed this injury
