Wanna know the key to big arms 🤔👀 hammers curls ‼️ everyone’s different but for my arm training i like to hit hammer curls on my chest/tri day and my back/bicep day .squeezing at the bottom and getting a full rep without swinging is what makes the difference 🔑 sitting at 20 ish inches right now and keeping power
