Deadlifts 💀 💀 ‼️
worked my way up after a few months not deadlifting had slight hip pain and let myself heal before i went over 315. 3 sets had me feeling nice !
405 just trying to get a good squeeze and solid reps
*share with someone that needs some motivation to deadlift * its a very necessary lift ‼️.
